About Us
The Campus Christian Community was established on the campus at Southwest Texas State University as an ecumenical campus ministry in 1956.  The university, recently renamed Texas State University, has an enrollment of over 25,000 students, many of whom commute.  The CCC serves students through a host of programs.

We serve Bible Study with a home-cooked meal.  We connect by email through a program that allows students to be entered through a questionnaire.  Many check out the data and come in person later.  There are proportionately many more females than males at the university and in CCC.  The "Face Club" program is a virtual hit and has revitalized the CCC to about 100 strong.

Students take mission trips to places like Piedras Negras to give assistance to flood victims.  The CCC sponsored the San Marcos CROP Walk.  We participate in Habitat for Humanity, service-learning projects, Price Lecture Series, charity events, Wednesday Night Vespers, and Food for Thought Luncheons.  We especially enjoy helping youth and senior adults share their gifts with each other and the community, forming bonds and improving lives.

Driving Directions from San Antonio
Take 1-35 N. Take exit 204.  At the light take a left.  Get in the far right hand lane. Turn right onto Grove Street. Take a quick left onto S LBJ Drive.
Stay on S LBJ Drive until the light at University Drive. Take a left at the light. At the next light turn right onto Guadalupe Street.  Go straight at the stop sign. Guadalupe Street will dead-end in front of the CCC.  Turn right into the CCC parking lot.
