Local storm evacuees still need assistance

Hurricane Katrina and Rita evacuees in Austin and San Antonio still need help.
Some 2,000 Louisiana families are still living in motels and low-income housing in San Antonio alone. Many more are still in the Austin area.
These families have gone through Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year away from home, their relatives and their traditions.
