Finance, nominations committee scheduled to meet March 16
The first meeting of the Finance and Nominations Committee is scheduled for March 16 at 1:30 p.m. at the District Office. This committee is made up of all district committee chairs and presidents.

Clergy women to meet Feb. 28

District professionals gathering at St. Luke’s moved to April 21
April 21 is the new date for the district professionals meeting that had been slated for Feb. 3. “What you always wanted to say to your district superintendent but were afraid to say” is the topic for the meeting beginning at 9:30 a.m. at St. Luke’s UMC, 3151 Reid Drive, Corpus Christi.

Church office workers to visit UM Center in San Antonio
Church secretaries and office workers from the Corpus Christi District are heading to San Antonio April 19 to visit the United Methodist Center. The trip is to provide a “behind the scenes” look at the Southwest Texas Conference office, including introductions and time for questions. The group is to become familiar with a few district forms. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. at the conference office and run to about 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
