Training in Godly Play offered through
accreditation workshop

You can learn a lot of things from a lecture, but Godly Play has to be learned from the inside out.
You can have that experience during a Godly Play accreditation workshop at St. David’s Episcopal Church, 304 E. Seventh St., Austin.
Training begins at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 30, and ends Saturday, April 1, at 3:30 p.m.
During this workshop, you will experience the Godly Play stories both as teacher and learner.
You will have the chance to analyze those stories with your peers in a collegial and nonjudgmental setting.
You will learn how to build the Godly Play classroom and strengthen your classroom management skills. You will deepen your understanding of children’s spirituality.
Each activity takes place in a prayerful atmosphere of give and take with talented, creative Godly Play teacher-trainers.
Workshop fee is $325 per person.
