75 confirmands feted April 29 at Manchaca
More than 200 people worship at Manchaca UMC April 29 during the Austin District Confirmation Rally, “Confirmation: Whoop It Up!” Seventy-five confirmands took part in a barbecue dinner and worship service. A special thanks to all of those who served in leadership during the event: the Rev. Kim Cape, the Rev. Rusty Freeman, the Rev. Rusty Teeter and the Dripping Springs UMC Youth Praise Band. Also, thanks to Manchaca UMC, the Rev. Steven Sweet and Stephanie Bridwell for playing host
