furniture for church donations

If you have been around St. Peter’s by the Sea UMC, Corpus Christi, recently, you may have noticed sawdust flying and lumber being hustled around. The reason is simple: L.D. Rumfield and Oren Hazelton, two members of St. Peter’s, are building useful and attractive items out of treated lumber, which they will exchange for a donation to the church. Their most recent large project consisted of seven picnic tables for local parks.
Orders will be taken for the following:
> 8-foot picnic table, $125.
> 4-foot picnic table, $75.
> Child’s picnic table, $40.
> Fish Adirondack chair, $150.
> Child’s folding chair, $15.
> Timber bench, $40.
> Convertible-backed bench/table, $70.
Please note that the price of lumber fluctuates almost daily, which sometimes affects the prices listed above, either up or down.

Your purchase is a donation to a nonprofit organization. Each item you purchase is made by a church member and will directly benefit St. Peter’s by the Sea UMC.
