Weekly group to meet, study Consider Jesus

The Rev. Linda Kessie, pastor of Grace UMC, Austin, is to lead a five-week review of Elizabeth A. Johnson’s book, Consider Jesus.
This  book is widely regarded as the finest general introduction to Christology. It studies how our modern day understanding of Jesus developed.
Weekly book study meetings will be at Grace UMC Tuesdays at 7 p.m. The first meeting was to be June 7. The church is at 205 E. Monroe in the Travis Heights area, one block east of South Congress Avenue
