Volunteers needed for Kingdom Kamp

Kingdom Kamp is the Southwest Texas Conference camp for mentally challenged adults. It runs each Labor Day weekend at Mount Wesley Conference Center, Kerrville. 
We are currently recruiting for the following positions: 
> 1 registered nurse (must have current license)—mostly distributing meds outside.
> Staff members (support and organization, especially a musician).
> Helper staff (charged with keeping track of two to three campers and getting them from activity to activity).
Staff members would arrive Friday, Sept. 2. Campers arrive the morning of Sept. 3. 
Campers leave Monday morning, and staff members leave by 2 p.m. Monday. 
This camp is a wonderful opportunity to see a wider picture of the kingdom than we are perhaps used to seeing in our congregations.
Many campers look forward to Kingdom Kamp year after year, and we can open the camp to only as many people as we can staff. Currently, we can take only about 20 of the 72 we hope to accommodate. 
Please help people take advantage of this wonderful ministry. Previous experience with mentally challenged adults is not needed—just a patient and willing heart!
