Seeking part-time admin assistant
Grace UMC, 205 E. Monroe, Austin 78704, seeks part-time administrative assistant. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Position requires a team player with organizational and planning skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Primary responsibilities: maintain records, produce reports, prepare weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters, answer and screen telephone calls, and other general office duties. Seeking part-time organist/pianist

Duties include special music for two Sunday worship services, rehearsal with choir on Wednesday evenings and accompanying the choir at Sunday worship services.
