> The Sept. 23 issue incorrectly reported where the new board of directors president for Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas works (“San Antonio UM heads Methodist Health-care Ministries board,” Page 11). Dudley Harral is business administrator for Northern Hills UMC, San Antonio.
> The Sept. 23 issue incorrectly reported the dates for the Journey of Hope from Violence to Healing (“‘Journey of Hope’ to stop at 2 UM sites next month,” Page 11). The 17-day event runs from Oct. 14 to 30 and includes activities in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin. Family members of murder victims are to come from around the country to share their stories and opinions about ending capital punishment.
